Adelia, yeah well, you have a point there. But it felt so ridiculously wicked-- I have no dog to walk and I can put off doing my stretches until later. Maybe it was the writing in pjs that felt so crazy? Which says something about my tame life, I know.
Oh Jo, you made me laugh. I think passion and peace is a delightfully quirky thing to be offered for Thanksgiving! Thanks. Greatly appreciated, and passion and peace to you as well. Blessings on all our houses!
Life is so complicated and chaotic until it’s not. When we choose passion and peace, we receive it as a gift from ‘me to me’. Thanks Zoe , it’s beautiful!
Leslie, that's an interesting combination, passion and peace. I confess I've never thought to put the two together. I like the idea of caring deeply--an opposite of a social media mindset, which is surface and flick, flick through ephemera.
Your wonderful morning yesterday makes perfect sense to me. You are so open to feeling amazement at our existence on this planet at this very moment, and that very openness just let in a big swoosh of creativity for you to enjoy. I’ll bet that pie was delicious!
Oh, Diana, your comment made me laugh with pleasure. What a sweet and wonderful thing to say. And yes, the pie was delicious even if it took five forevers to make the fiddly new pastry recipe. It's one of those Note to Self things: always make the shell ahead!
